I can’t find the words to describe how incredible this weekend was! I feel so grateful to have met the most wonderful, down to earth group of people. We did yoga, meditated at sunrise, ate the most delicious food, had many heart-to-heart chats. Drank wine and laughed so much that my belly and cheeks hurt! I’ve come away feeling truly inspired by everyone I have met, I couldnt have asked for a better group of people to share this experience with. It’s going to take me a few days to come back down to earth.

The Palms is the perfect location for a fitness, meditation and yoga retreat Spain.
The property has been lovingly renovated to a high standard, with 12 en-suite rooms all individually decorated. All rooms have air-conditioning, comfortable beds, quality bedding, a safe, free Wi-Fi and an outside terrace or shared seating area.
Facilities include a heated salt water swimming pool with an inbuilt seating area where you can enjoy a drink whilst cooling down and a six-seater hot tub. There is an indoor yoga studio plus an outdoor rustic Shala located in the gardens with views of the mountains, an honesty bar for drinks and snacks and comfortable lounge areas where you can relax after dinner.
During this yoga retreat, Spain, there will be daily sessions of yoga, meditation and fitness classes which you can choose to participate in as much or as little as you like. You can also add some 1:1 training, massages and perhaps a trip to the beach into your schedule too!

I am a yoga and meditation teacher, holistic healer, practising witch and ritual guide. I specialise in seasonal wellbeing, teaching people how to connect with their own cycles and the cycles of Mother Nature. In doing so, we can connect more fully to our own bodies and feel part of a connection to a greater whole.
My teaching is dynamic and diverse, collating many different types of yoga into a unique signature style. I have been in the yoga and wellbeing space for 25 years and have had the privilege of helping 100s of people to improve their overall physical, mental and spiritual health and wellbeing.

I am a Personal Trainer with a deep fascination with the body and how we need to adapt and change how we move it as we get older.
When we are young the body does what it is told. In my case, it was asked to do a lot! Sports and fitness were a constant part of school life. But all that changed from university onwards.
It took a five year dive into the clubs and bars of London, days spent sitting at a computer and an ego driven return to the bench press for me to find the motivation I needed to get my fitness back. That motivation came in the form of spinal kyphosis, lower back pain, huge body imbalance and a mind like a box of frogs.
Luckily, I had a friend who was not only an advanced strength and conditioning coach but also a Chek Practitioner. He gave me the tools I needed to heal myself (or at least start the process) and started me on a journey of fascination with how the body works, how correct body function deeply affects every moment of our lives and more importantly, how to manage it in myself and others.
The practice of movement is in every moment of our lives. Habits, good or bad, are rarely formed in a gym. Connecting with your body and nurturing it’s ability to move correctly in a world seemingly purpose-built to put it in a ‘box’, is an ongoing practice, and a truly rewarding one.
Drawing on a range of practices from strength and conditioning, Pilates, the practices of the Chek Institute, the Alexander Technique and yoga I am, as they say… here to help.

FAQ
Do I need to bring a mat?
The retreat boasts both an indoor and outdoor fully equipped yoga studio so you will not need to bring your own mat unless you want to. If you use particular items like knee protectors you might want to bring those.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least four weeks notice if you need to cancel so that I have enough time to fill your space. If you give less than this and I am unable to fill the space, unfortunately I will not be able to give you a refund.
What should I wear?
Anything you would usually wear on holiday, plus some comfortable clothes for the yoga and fitness sessions.
Do I need to book in advance?
Definitely! This retreat is fully booked but you can put your name down on the cancellation list, and also on the waiting list for the 2024 retreat. Use any of the buttons on this page to email us.
