Thai Yoga Massage
Rooted in the Buddist tradition, Thai Yoga massage is an ancient, healing bodywork therapy designed to work on the mind as well as the body. Often described as the ‘lazy man’s yoga’, you do not need to be able to do yoga to receive the benefits of TYM, as the therapist moves and manipulates your body with their own hands, elbows and knees. Using gentle pressure and stretches, life force energy is encouraged to flow freely through the body, restoring balance and harmony in the mind and body.
TYM can help relieve all kinds of issues, including headaches, neck & back pain, stress, low energy, and bad circulation, to name a few.
I was introduced to Thai Yoga Massage seven years ago during my teacher training, and since then, have been lucky enough to work with Ralf Marzen of the MUDITA School of Thai Yoga Massage. This massage can be enjoyed as a one-off or part of your 1:1 yoga sessions.

Face Yoga
Face yoga uses a combination of massage, acupressure, and exercises in order to look and feel younger the natural way. It also combines relaxation techniques to bring about an overall sense of wellbeing.
Combined, all the techniques work the hypodermis of the skin (the muscles and fatty tissue), the dermis (the connective tissue) and the epidermis (the cells). By working all these layers correctly you can increase the blood circulation, allowing more oxygen and more nourishment to reach the upper layer of the skin. The result is a clear, healthy complexion with a beautiful glow which has less toxins and has a better ability to absorb moisture. They are also designed to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the middle layer of the skin giving you a smoother, more supple, tighter-looking appearance.
I have been lucky enough to train with the leading face yoga expert, Danielle Collins, who is world-renowned for her methodology.
